Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all phases of assigned construction projects.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, inspectors, subcontractors, and field crews.
  • Develop, organize, and adjust production schedules to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Review plans, worksheets, and project documentation to ensure accuracy and alignment with project goals.
  • Monitor project budgets, manage change orders, and track overall project performance.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service throughout all client interactions.
  • Train and enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance across field teams.
  • Work closely with inventory and procurement teams to confirm material availability for upcoming projects.
  • Document project progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate updates to all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Experience supervising teams in a construction or field environment.
