Job Details:

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Superintendent to oversee residential new construction landscape installation projects throughout the Macon, GA market. This individual will manage field crews, coordinate schedules, maintain quality standards, and ensure projects stay on schedule across multiple active subdivisions.

The ideal candidate has experience managing production-style residential landscape installations and understands how to operate efficiently in fast-moving builder environments with tight deadlines and multiple active communities.

Bilingual Spanish/English communication skills are a major plus for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily landscape installation operations across multiple residential communities
• Manage field crews performing sod, irrigation, tree, shrub, mulch, and landscape installations
• Coordinate manpower, schedules, materials, and deliveries
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to builder specifications
• Conduct quality-control walks and resolve punch list items
• Communicate with project managers, builders, vendors, and internal leadership teams
• Monitor production schedules and ensure deadlines are consistently met
• Troubleshoot field issues and help crews maintain productivity
• Train and mentor crew leaders and field personnel
• Help maintain a strong culture of accountability, urgency, and teamwork

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of landscape installation leadership or superintendent experience
• Experience overseeing residential new construction or subdivision landscape projects strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of landscape installation practices, irrigation systems, sod installation, and plant materials
• Ability to read site plans and landscape plans preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Comfortable managing multiple active projects simultaneously
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills are a major plus
• Valid driver’s license required
