Job description

Tidy Up Landscaping is a fast growing Landscape and Property Maintenance company serving the Berks, Bucks, Chester, and Montgomery areas. We are a family owned business that is committed to delivering high quality property maintenance services with outstanding customer care. We are looking to hire more team members for the coming season including laborers, foremans, and hardscapers.

Compensation: Based on a Position and Experience, Pay rate $15.00 - $22.00 per hour with opportunities for bonuses and overtime.

Employment Type: Full Time

Positions Available: Landscape Laborer, Landscape Foreman, Hardscapers

We are looking for someone who has experience in working on a maintenance or landscape team. You must be organized with a sharp attention to details. We will only accept candidates who are energetic, reliable, and trustworthy. You must be very proactive in completing tasks that are scheduled to you throughout the day. And when not being directly instructed, you must be actively looking for other tasks to complete to finish the days assigned work. This is hard physical work that is not for the sluggish or lazy individual.

Requirements:

  • Honest, hardworking, and willing to learn

  • Access to reliable transportation and a clean driving record

  • Willing and able to work outdoors doing manual tasks

  • Some relevant trade experience

  • Must be able to pass a background check
