Job description

Weโ€™re looking for a hard-working landscaper to join our team. Youโ€™ll follow the instructions of the crew leader to take care of our customersโ€™ landscaping needs, including mowing, raking, mulching, edging, fertilizing, pruning, and overall lawn care and maintenance duties. Applicants should be team players with industry experience who are proud of a job well done.

Compensation:

$22 hourly DOE


Responsibilities:
  • Complete lawn care, groundskeeping, and lawn maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, weeding, raking, fertilizing, mulching, and pruning
  • Assist your team with customersโ€™ landscape design, landscape construction, landscape installation, and landscape maintenance
  • Apply pesticide as needed for weed control
  • Create daily reports of completed work
  • Offer clients recommendations to maintain their landscaping design after the work is complete
  • Maintain clean, weed-free landscapes
  • Landscape Irrigation experience a PLUS

Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with hand tools and maintenance equipment including blowers, chain saws, edgers, rakes, clippers, hedge trimmers, and lawnmowers
  • Excellent stamina and physical health
  • Over 2 years of experience with residential or commercial properties as a landscaping crew member
  • Candidates must be hardworking, detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic
  • Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification
