Brothers Landscaping Services is seeking a Landscape Laborer to support day-to-day outdoor work and help deliver excellent curb appeal for residential and commercial properties.

Position Summary

The Landscape Laborer is responsible for assisting with the installation and maintenance of outdoor landscapes. This role is hands-on and plays an important part in ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

This is a full-time onsite position in Savage, MN, where you will work outdoors as part of a team focused on landscaping quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with landscape installation and maintenance tasks, including preparing job sites and maintaining clean work areas

  • Perform physical labor such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed for landscape projects

  • Help with planting, trimming, edging, mulching, and general landscaping upkeep

  • Support loading/unloading and basic maintenance of equipment used on-site

  • Follow safety procedures and assist with keeping the worksite compliant and organized

Required Qualifications
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks

  • Willingness to learn job tasks quickly and work effectively as part of a team

  • Reliable attendance and readiness to work full-time onsite
