Job description

Capekโ€™s Landscaping is seeking motivated, hardworking individuals to join our team as Landscape Laborers. We are looking for reliable team members who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in creating beautiful landscapes for our customers.

Position Type

  • Full-Time or Part-Time Available

Responsibilities

  • Load, unload, and move landscape materials including mulch, soil, stone, plants, and sod
  • Plant trees, shrubs, perennials, and annual flowers
  • Install sod and assist with lawn renovations
  • Perform grading and site preparation using hand tools and equipment
  • Assist with hardscape projects including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor living spaces
  • Operate and maintain hand tools and landscaping equipment
  • Perform landscape bed edging, mulching, and cleanup
  • Assist with irrigation and drainage installations
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Follow instructions from crew leaders and supervisors

Qualifications

  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
