This is not an entry-level landscaping role.
If you’ve already led crews, handled job sites, and take pride in running clean, efficient project management — we want to talk to you. We’re looking for a Landscape Crew Leader who knows the work, leads by example, and can keep a crew moving.

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The landscape crew leader is responsible for overseeing landscape crews while assisting in the constructing, installing and maintaining both commercial and residential outdoor landscapes.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Operate truck & trailer
  • Read landscape design/blueprint and measure
  • Lead others and delegate landscape tasks
  • Speaks with clients
  • Oversee basic landscape project from start to finish
  • Upholds to all safety standards, at all times
  • Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • State of Michigan Chauffeur's license required
  • Ability to work in outdoor environment
  • Attention to detail and detail oriented
  • Delivers quality work and services
  • Lift heavy objects for prolonged periods of time
  • Detail oriented
  • Maintain a steady pace throughout day in extreme weather conditions
