Your Responsibilities as a Landscaping Team Member

· Front-Line Employee –

o You are quite literally the boots on the ground. You’ll be a front-line employee who provides exceptional care.

o The team looks to you to perform basic tasks related to landscape maintenance at high levels of quality and service delivery. This may include other lawn care duties when not focused on Landscaping work.

o You must be able to work outdoors, in all weather conditions, doing very physical work, able to lift/carry 35-80 pounds often

o You ensure everything is wrapped up and set to go for the next day.

How We Measure Success

· Attendance: Might sound basic, but it’s critical to meet our Customer Service goals. You need to be here as required by your

Supervisory team.

· Budget vs Actual Hours: Keeping jobs profitable is dependent on managing the time planned and spent at each job.

· Return Rates: You’ll ensure quality control to make sure it’s rare to ever need to go back to redo a job.

· Customer Retention: Building great relationships with each customer, and ensuring that they receive exceptional service, will keep them coming back.

· Full Utilization of Software & Processes: This helps make all of the above possible.

Job Requirements for Landscaping Team Member

· Prior experience in landscaping, lawn service, or similar service industries.

· If you don’t already have experience, you must be willing to complete training within 6 months.

In addition, there are a few additional minimum requirements that are necessary to be considered for this position.

Benefits & Pay 

Hourly Pay

• $16.00 to $19.00 an hour, based on your experience in professional lawn care and landscaping.

Earn Extra Cash (Bonuses & Commissions)

• Selling to Existing Customers: Spot an issue or a way to improve a regular client's yard (like suggesting mulch, trimming bushes, or fixing a spot)? If they add it to their service, you get paid a bonus.
• Bringing in New Customers: Know someone who needs their lawn taken care of, or talk to a neighbor while you're working? If they sign up with us, you earn a commission.
• Project Bonuses: Certain bigger or specialized projects come with extra project-specific bonuses once the job is successfully completed.
