Job description

Join the team at a well-established Reno fiberglass manufacturer! We're seeking motivated Production Workers ready to build a stable career.


This temp-to-hire position offers a clear path to permanent employment, including a full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, and more) upon conversion. Located conveniently on the bus route, our facility is easily accessible for all commuters. We're proud to be a second chance-friendly employer, evaluating all candidates on a case-by-case basis.


Shift: Mon-Fri 7am- 3:30 pm
Pay: $18/hr
Location: Reno, NV. 89502
Summary:
As a Fiberglass Parts Production Worker you will be assisting in the production of Fiberglass parts for a variety of different projects. Will be working with different types of small hand tools and/or lamination processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Other duties may be assigned.

  • Working with fiberglass parts that can weigh up to 20lbs.
  • Use hand tools or apply resin processes as necessary (Experience a plus but NOT necessary, they will train).
  • Perform all tasks assigned by supervisor while following company safety procedures.
  • Maintain regular attendance at work

Competency:
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

  • Able to lift, pull, push up to 20 lbs.
  • Able to be on feet for the shift duration.
  • Work in a team environment.
  • Able to work in an environment with dust and fiberglass particles in the air.


Tour of facility is required before starting! Start dates are soon after that!


A Drug test will be required after interview. Will NOT be tested for THC.
