Job description

Ruppert Landscape is a privately held, family/employee owned, commercial landscape maintenance and construction company based in Laytonsville, MD. With a multi-state presence and a small company feel, our mission is to provide opportunities for our people, take care of our customers, and be good stewards of the environment and our community.
 
We are hiring an Assistant Water Truck Driver to join our Forestville Maintenance team. This person will service job sites in PG County, Charles County, St. Mary's County, and DC. 
 
Pay Range: $17-19/hour
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Performing watering and landscape management duties as directed by Field Managers and Water Truck Driver 
  • Maintain a clean, professional appearance at all times
  • Operate a water pump and other various duties assigned
Qualifications:
  • Must be eligible to pass DOT medical examination, drug test and possess a clean driving record prior to operating a company vehicle
  • Ability to operate various watering equipment, performing labor functions, installation, etc.
  • Engage in appreciate and celebrate 
  • Prior industry experience is not required
  • Ability to carry and move watering/fire hoses 
  • Ability to use mobile applications for timekeeping and monitoring irrigation progress
