About the Job

The Grounds Guys are hiring dependable Landscape Team Members to join our maintenance and enhancement crews. You’ll work outdoors performing routine lawn care, landscape upkeep, and seasonal services for residential, HOA, and commercial properties.

This is a great position for someone who enjoys working with their hands, being outside, and growing in the landscaping field.


Responsibilities

  • Assist with landscape maintenance: pruning, bed care, mulch, cleanups
  • Help with planting, small installs, and seasonal projects
  • Load/unload equipment and materials
  • Maintain clean and organized trucks, trailers, and work areas
  • Follow safety procedures and company quality standards
  • Communicate with crew leaders and team members throughout the day


Requirements

  • Reliable transportation to shop/location
  • Ability to work outdoors in heat, rain, or cold
  • Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow instructions and work on a team
  • Landscaping experience is a plus but not required — we will train!
