Job description

Teufel Landscape is seeking an experienced Maintenance Laborer II to join our commercial landscape maintenance team. This role is ideal for someone who has landscape maintenance experience, enjoys working outdoors, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work while supporting the success of the crew.
What You'll Do
  • Perform commercial landscape maintenance services including mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, leaf removal, and general site upkeep.
  • Operate mowers, blowers, trimmers, hand tools, and other landscape equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Follow daily route schedules and work instructions to complete services on time.
  • Maintain quality standards and identify site concerns, irrigation issues, damaged materials, or service needs.
  • Support crew productivity through teamwork, communication, and a positive attitude.
  • Assist with onboarding and training new team members by demonstrating best practices.
  • Follow all safety policies and PPE requirements.
  • Help maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles through proper cleaning, fueling, and routine care.
Qualifications
  • Previous commercial landscape maintenance experience preferred.
  • Ability to perform assigned work with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of mowing, pruning, trimming, and general landscape maintenance practices.
  • Ability to safely operate landscape maintenance equipment.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work throughout the day.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
