Part-Time Landscaping & House Cleaning Assistant

Seeking Candidates in the local Tonto Basin, Globe, Miami, and Payson area only.

Location: 29221 N. Arizona Highway 188 #1
Roosevelt, AZ 85545-4901

Schedule: 16 – 24 hours per week, weekends/weekdays based on rental turnover schedule

Pay: $17.33 – 22.57 hourly

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Landscaping & House Cleaning Assistant. This unique role combines outdoor landscaping tasks with indoor residential cleaning duties, ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and takes pride in maintaining beautiful, clean environments.

Key Responsibilities
Landscaping Duties:
  • Mow lawns, trim hedges, and edge walkways.
  • Weed, mulch, and maintain garden beds.
  • Water plants and assist with seasonal planting.
  • Rake leaves, remove debris, and maintain outdoor cleanliness.
  • Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment safely.

House Cleaning Duties:
  • Dust, vacuum, and mop floors.
  • Clean bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas.
  • Wipe down surfaces, mirrors, and appliances.
  • Take out trash.
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in landscaping and/or residential cleaning preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
