Description

Russell Landscape is seeking skilled, motivated, and hard-working Crew

Members to join our commercial landscape maintenance team. If you take

pride in quality work, enjoy working outdoors, and are ready to grow your

career with a top-tier landscaping company, we want to hear from you!


What You'll Do:

Work on a professional landscape maintenance crew serving

commercial properties

Perform high-quality maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming,

edging, mulching, planting, pruning, and more

Assist with loading/unloading equipment and materials, keeping tools in

top shape

Follow directions from Crew Leaders and ensure job sites are clean,

safe, and complete

Occasionally support commercial construction or enhancement projects

Take pride in creating beautiful, well-maintained outdoor environments


What You Bring:

At least 1-2 years of commercial landscape experience preferred

(but we'll train the right person!)

Ability to operate mowers, blowers, trimmers, and other landscape

equipment

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability

A team-first attitude and willingness to learn

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions

Valid driver's license is a plus
