Data is the prerequisite for effective AI systems, and in this role you will develop and drive positioning, messaging and launch AI & Data capabilities designed to revolutionize how construction is done. You will work closely with product management to develop a deep understanding of Procore’s AI & Data products, with the global Marketing team on go-to-market planning and execution, and with Sales on content and enablement, based on a deep understanding of use cases and user/buyer personas.

This is a high-impact role where you will serve as the subject matter expert for Procore’s AI/Data products, both internally and at industry events. The ideal candidate is technically curious (experience with data products is a plus), an effective storyteller, and an ambitious self-starter who is passionate about doing whatever it takes (strategy, execution, and everything in between) to see their area of the business succeed. Working with cross-functional teams at Procore and close engagement with customers are fundamental aspects of this role. Join us to help shape AI GTM at Procore.

This position reports into the Senior Director of Product Marketing, AI & Data and will be based in our San Francisco or Austin office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop a deep understanding of your target market, including buyer personas, key uses cases, and customer needs

  • Develop and own product positioning, messaging and value propositions for our Data products

  • Own competitive positioning for Procore AI

  • Translate messaging to content across different channels – web copy, webinars, field events, sales decks, blogs, whitepapers

  • Plan and run product launches in close partnership with Product Management

  • Work closely with the Demand Generation team to develop lead generation strategies and integrated marketing programs

  • Arm the sales organization to effectively deliver Procore’s AI & Data value proposition to customers and prospects, supported by sales assets along the customer lifecycle

  • Effectively collaborate across different teams at Procore, such as  Sales, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Product Management

What we’re looking for:

  • 4+ years of experience in product marketing at B2B SaaS and/or AI companies

  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills to explain and translate complex technology concepts into simple, intuitive and effective communications

  • Results orientation with a strong ability to define compelling messaging and translate this to high quality customer-facing content (web copy, sales presentations, etc.)

  • Experience and interest in applying AI to your craft

  • Experience partnering closely with Sales on messaging, content, and playbooks

  • Experience collaborating with other Marketing functions (Demand Gen, Web, Content Marketing, Field Marketing)

  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills

  • Self-starter with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience in the construction industry and/or the con-tech landscape or with data products is a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, marketing, business, or equivalent work experience; MBA is a plus

Additional Information

Base Pay Range:

149,040.00 - 204,930.00 USD Annual

This role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.

For Los Angeles County (unincorporated) Candidates:

Procore will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest or conviction records, in accordance with the requirements of applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the City of Los Angeles’ Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, and the California Fair Chance Act.
