Job description

Amazon MGM Studios' AI Studios team is seeking a GenAI Education Programs Lead to design and deliver the experiences that help filmmakers, production executives, and creative teams understand, build trust, and adopt AI-assisted production workflows. This role sits within the team that helps with scaling technology across the Studios - and partners closely with AI artists, the product team, and internal studio stakeholders.
Key job responsibilities
Design and operate the GenAI demonstration experience - programming visits for filmmakers, curating live demonstrations tailored to their genre and production needs, and refreshing content as AI capabilities evolve.
Develop and deliver hands-on training programs that equip VFX supervisors, line producers, and production teams with practical skills to execute AI-assisted workflows.
Identify, evaluate, and coordinate structured proof-of-concept tests of AI tools for production use cases


Coordinate with production teams on the 3P tool test shoots and POC execution - understanding crew logistics, set operations, and scheduling to ensure evaluations run smoothly
Build and scale educational content
Iterate on programs based on participant feedback, production team needs, studio executive feedback, and evolving AI landscape
Partner with the product team to ensure training content reflects current capabilities
