We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Crew Leader for our Myrtle Beach area operations. This full-time role involves overseeing landscape maintenance tasks under the guidance of an Account Manager, ensuring adherence to our high-quality standards and commitment to exceptional customer service. With a focus on teamwork and professional growth, Phoenix Landscape offers a rewarding work environment and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities
  • Execute property maintenance contract requirements efficiently and in accordance with maintenance production levels and customer service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures at all times.
  • Operate hand tools and maintenance equipment safely and effectively.
  • Perform weekly mowing, edging of properties, and maintenance of flower beds and turf.
  • Apply fertilizers and pest control techniques accurately and timely.
  • Conduct basic preventative maintenance on equipment.
  • Report time worked accurately following company procedures.
  • Maintain professional and courteous interactions with crew members, supervisors, and company personnel.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in landscaping or related tasks.
  • Proficiency in using landscape maintenance tools and techniques.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage the physical demands of the job.
  • Driver's License Preferred.
Compensation

The base pay for this position ranges from $18.00 - $22.00 per hour.
