JOB SUMMARY
Botanica is seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Client Representative to oversee and manage the maintenance of luxury residential estates and commercial properties. This role is responsible for supervising multiple crews, ensuring exceptional service delivery, maintaining strong client relationships, and coordinating all aspects of landscape maintenance from proposal through execution.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Deliver superior customer service with clear, professional, and proactive communication
  • Supervise, train, and manage 3-5 landscape maintenance crews
  • Possess strong knowledge of Florida plant material and best horticultural practices
  • Apply or develop knowledge of fertilizers, fungicides, chemicals, and integrated property care
  • Manage and troubleshoot irrigation systems
  • Possess or develop experience with low-voltage landscape lighting
  • Diagnose and resolve landscape, irrigation, and site-related issues efficiently
  • Read and interpret detailed landscape and irrigation plans
  • Measure properties and prepare accurate maintenance proposals
  • Oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure work meets Botanica's quality standards
  • Coordinate projects seamlessly from proposal to work order to execution
  • Maintain consistent, positive, and professional client communication
  • Exercise sound judgment and problem-solving skills in the field and with clients

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Spanish and/or Creole language skills are a plus
  • Valid, clean Florida Driver's License required
  • Florida State Certified Spray License is a plus
  • Aspire experience is a plus
