On Demand Sprinklers and Landscaping services commercial and residential properties in Central Texas and surrounding areas. We specialize in landscaping, irrigation, landscape lighting, and seasonal holiday lighting. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality services with exceptional customer support.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Office Assistant to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of communicating effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking clients and team members. This role is vital to maintaining smooth communication and efficient office management.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries in both English and Spanish.
  • Schedule appointments for service calls.
  • Maintain and update customer records, service schedules, and billing information.
  • Assist with invoicing, processing payments, and tracking accounts.
  • Organize and manage files, documents, and office supplies.
  • Coordinate communication between customers and field technicians.
  • Monitor and respond to online form submissions.
  • Provide excellent customer service to address client questions and concerns.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role.
