Our typical work schedule runs Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, though some variability may be required to accommodate client needs. • Conduct in-depth clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Implement therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique needs of each client, facilitating coping strategies and resilience-building practices.
• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring secure management of client information.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas.
