Lead With Quality, Positivity, and Pride Premium Landscape Services is a small, established landscape and landscape maintenance company serving the Olympia area. We provide a very high level of service to our clients and take pride in creating a positive teaching environment for our team. We are a drug-free workplace looking for a reliable Landscape Install Lead who enjoys physical work, takes pride in doing things right, and wants to grow long-term with a company that values positivity, integrity, and consistent quality.

The Landscape Install Foreman will oversee and execute day-to-day installation operations while setting the standard for quality, reliability, and professionalism on the job site. This is a hands-on leadership role best suited for someone who leads by example, works quickly, can adapt to changing weather conditions, and treats both customers and team members with respect.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead & Execute: Oversee and actively participate in daily landscape installation projects from start to finish.
  • Site Management: Coordinate site logistics, including loading and unloading materials, deliveries, and assisting skilled trades as needed.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate machinery and landscape equipment, taking responsibility for daily maintenance and upkeep.
  • Quality & Pace: Maintain high-quality standards while working quickly and efficiently to keep jobs moving on schedule.
  • Safety First: Maintain a secure job site by proactively identifying and removing any hazards.
  • Team Development: Help train and support team members in a positive, professional, and educational manner.
  • Customer Relations: Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, ensuring excellent service even on rainy or challenging days.
  • Independent Work: Stay self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently when required.


Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of Landscape Installation experience (Required).
  • Work Ethic: A proven track record of daily reliability, punctuality, and the ability to quickly learn our methods.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy materials, bend down, reach, walk at a brisk pace, and perform demanding physical labor throughout the day.
  • Outdoor Conditions: Comfortable working outdoors in varying Washington weather conditions, including heavy rain.
  • Requirements: Must have a valid Washington State driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Work Authorization: Must be a US citizen or legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Screening: Employment may be contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening (we are a strict drug-free workplace).


Pay, Benefits & Schedule
  • Employment Type: Full-Time, W-2 Employment
  • Pay: $50,000 - $60,000 USD per year, based on experience
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day shifts (8 to 10-hour shifts) with overtime opportunities available
