Job Description:
We are growing and seeking a few skilled and experienced people to join our Landscape Construction team.
We are looking for experienced Landscape Construction Laborers
  • Assist crew members with general labor tasks such as site cleanup, material handling, and basic preparation work.
  • Experience operating a mini excavator.
  • Experience operating a rototiller.
  • Learn and perform simple landscape construction activities under close supervision.
  • Support installation of soil, mulch, plants, and other softscape materials.
  • Help stage tools, equipment, and materials for daily tasks.
  • Assist with basic irrigation tasks such as trenching, pipe installation, and backfilling.
  • Follow all safety rules, wear required PPE, and report hazards immediately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Demonstrate reliability by arriving on time, ready to work, and prepared for outdoor conditions.

Qualifications:
  • This manual labor position requires good physical condition and dexterity in the use of simple hand tools and equipment. Although only basic skills are required, incumbent must be able to perform various tasks as instructed. The worker should understand the use of assorted tools/equipment in the performance of their duties.
  • No prior landscape construction experience required; willingness to learn is essential.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
  • Basic physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors in all weather, and perform repetitive physical tasks.
  • Interest in developing skills and advancing through the Technician levels.
  • Basic math is occasionally required for this position
  • Ability to apply principles of logical thinking to practical problems.
  • Must have clear vision from 10" to 20'. Must be able to distinguish color.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
