Job description

Mow Crew Member – Landscape Maintenance

Elements Landscaping – Rathdrum, ID
Pay: DOE — typically $18–$21/hr
About the Position
Elements Landscaping is hiring Mow Crew Members for our commercial and residential maintenance routes. This is a hands‐on outdoor position focused on producing clean, professional results at every property.
Responsibilities
• Operate push mowers, Walker zero‐turn mowers, and other mowing equipment
• Use backpack and handheld blowers for cleanup
• Perform whip trimming and hard edging (experience preferred, not required)
• Assist with routine landscape maintenance tasks as directed by the crew lead
• Maintain tools and equipment with care
• Follow daily schedules and complete assigned properties efficiently
• Represent the company with professional appearance and behavior on every job site
Qualifications
• Experience with mowing equipment preferred, but training is available
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow direction from crew leads and managers
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license preferred
