About the Role:
True Design Landscape is looking for an experienced and motivated Landscape Foreman to lead our crews in the Graham, WA area. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll help bring beautiful outdoor spaces to life while guiding a team of dedicated landscape professionals. Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise landscape crews on residential and/or commercial job sites
  • Oversee installation of plants, hardscapes, irrigation systems, and other landscape features
  • Ensure all work is completed on schedule, on budget, and to company quality standards
  • Communicate daily with management regarding job progress, crew performance, and site conditions
  • Train and mentor crew members on proper landscaping techniques and safety protocols
  • Manage equipment, tools, and materials on-site to ensure efficient operations
  • Maintain a safe and professional work environment in compliance with OSHA standards
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of landscaping experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or foreman role
  • Strong knowledge of plants, hardscaping, irrigation, and general landscape installation
  • Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and blueprints
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate trailers and landscape equipment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a crew
  • Physically able to perform outdoor labor in varying weather conditions
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
