Job description

Job Title: Landscape Foreman
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Foreman to lead a crew in delivering high-quality landscaping projects. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong technical skills in softscape installation, and the ability to manage daily job site operations efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a landscaping crew on residential and/or commercial job sites
  • Perform and oversee landscape tear-outs, installations, and trim work
  • Execute softscape projects including planting, mulching, edging, and bed preparation
  • Operate and manage equipment, including dingo machines
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
  • Train and mentor crew members while maintaining a positive work environment
  • Maintain job site safety and ensure proper use of tools and equipment
  • Transport equipment and materials to and from job sites as needed
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience leading a landscaping crew
  • Strong background in softscape landscaping
  • Proven ability to perform tear-outs, installs, and detailed trim work
  • Experience operating dingo equipment or similar machinery
  • Valid Chauffeur’s License with a clean driving record
  • Ability to safely back up and maneuver a trailer
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Schedule:
  • Start time: 7:30 AM
  • Flexible scheduling options:
