Landscape Foreman Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced, organized, and detail-oriented Landscape Foreman to be responsible for overseeing the design, construction, and maintenance of landscaping projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of plants, trees, and shrubs and the ability to manage a team of landscape workers.

Landscape Foreman Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise landscape projects, including preparing estimates, planning the landscape design, scheduling work, and supervising work crews
  • Consult with clients to determine their landscaping needs
  • Ensure that landscaping projects are completed on time and meet customer expectations
  • Perform hands-on tasks such as planting, mowing, pruning, and trimming
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of the landscaping projects
  • Ensure that proper safety and security protocols are followed
  • Train and oversee landscape workers and ensure that they are following company policies and procedures

Landscape Foreman Requirements and Qualifications
