Role Overview:

We’re hiring a Maintenance Development Manager to lead the development of our commercial maintenance division. This role requires someone who can think strategically, execute tactically, and align with our company’s vision. You’ll be responsible for building the team, systems, and culture from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and launch our maintenance division structure, systems, and service model
  • Hire, lead, and develop maintenance crews and supervisors
  • Design scalable processes for scheduling, quality assurance, and reporting
  • Coordinate with Sales and Operations to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Manage key client relationships, including large-scale partners
  • Track performance, manage budgets, and drive profitability
  • Ensure all activities align with Horizon West Landscape’s values and long-term goals

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years in landscape maintenance management or a related operational leadership role
  • Experience building or scaling a service division
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
