Job description

Trae W. Lawn Care & Landscaping Services is seeking an experienced, dependable, and motivated Landscape Foreman to lead our lawn maintenance and landscaping crew throughout the Pinellas County/Tampa Bay area.

We're looking for someone who knows the landscaping business, can lead a crew, and takes pride in making sure every property is completed correctly and efficiently.

Compensation

$100–$200 per day, based on experience and qualifications.

This position is paid a set daily rate rather than hourly. Daily workload and hours may vary depending on the scheduled jobs. Some days may finish early, while others may require a full workday. Your agreed-upon daily rate remains the same.

Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise a lawn maintenance and landscaping crew

- Organize the crew and keep daily jobs on schedule

- Operate zero-turn mowers, edgers, trimmers, blowers, and other commercial equipment

- Oversee mowing, edging, trimming, hedges, cleanups, sod installation, and general landscaping

- Drive a company truck and landscaping trailer

- Inspect completed properties and correct issues before leaving

- Maintain Trae W. Landscaping & Lawn Service's quality standards

- Communicate job progress, customer concerns, equipment problems, and supply needs to management

- Help maintain company trucks, trailers, tools, and equipment

- Lead by example and maintain a professional work environment

Qualifications

- Professional lawn care/landscaping experience required

- Experience operating commercial lawn equipment

- Ability to safely drive a truck while pulling a landscaping trailer

- Valid driver's license

- Dependable transportation

- Strong attendance and reliability

- Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding work

- Good communication and leadership skills

- Ability to work independently without constant supervision

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone Trae can trust to take charge of a crew and get the job done.

You should be able to receive the day's schedule, lead your crew, maintain our quality standards, and complete the work without needing someone to constantly supervise you.

We value quality and efficiency. If the day's work is completed correctly and ahead of schedule, we don't believe in keeping the crew working simply to fill hours.

Position: Landscape Foreman

Location: Pinellas County / Tampa Bay Area

Pay: $100–$200 per day, based on experience

Schedule: Workdays and hours vary based on scheduled properties and landscaping projects
