Job Overview

Integrity Landscape is currently seeking several self-motivated and hardworking individuals to join our team. Applicants must be physically and mentally able to perform given tasks. Those with experience in the landscaping or irrigation trade and have experience driving truck and trailers, operating skid steers, mini excavators and other smaller equipment, strong organizational, documentation, and management skills are highly valued and compensated accordingly. Previous experience is not required but preferred.

Landscape Architect/ Designer will be responsible for meeting with customers, designing everything from a simple landscape to award-winning projects both commercial and residential. Our Landscape Architects/Designer will spend much of their time in an office or can design from home. You will have access to state of the art auto cad programs that can design in a blueprint format or take a picture of the customer's house and instantly show them what it looks like before a shovel ever touches the ground. Our program also saves time and builds the quote for you as the design comes to life. Also As a Landscape Architect /Designer, you will be meeting with clients and overseeing job sites working hand-in-hand with the site leaders.

Arborist Job Overview

Looking for an individual trained in the art and science of planting, caring for, and maintaining individual trees. Up to date knowledge on safe tree removal practices as well as proper pruning procedures. As an Arborist, you must also have the proper training required for tree care and safety training for the knowledge of properly climbing trees.

  • Work is outdoors and in all-weather conditions. Job sites could be in remote locations.

  • Full-time work, 4 days on 3 days off. Guaranteed 40 hours, overtime available if desired. Work upwards of 10-12 hour days. Must show up to work on time.

  • Full time and seasonal work available


 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent. ( Will help you acquire if needed).

  • Keen attention to detail and situational awareness to maintain the safety of the work environment.

  • Strong work ethic and a willingness to get along with team members.

  • Physical ability to lift a min of 50lbs

  • Previous landscape construction or related labor experience a plus, but not required.

  • Clean driving record.

  • Pass a drug test.
