We're looking for a Residential Designer and Sales Professional to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a passion for design, creativity, customer relationships, and sales to help create stunning residential landscapes while providing top-notch service to our valued clients.

Position Requirements
  • Apply and demonstrate standard operating procedures and policies of the company
  • Positive attitude, dependability, and the ability to work with the existing team
  • Bachelor of Science or Associate degree in Landscape Architecture or Design
  • Proficient use of AutoCAD, Word, Excel, Outlook, SketchUp, Adobe Products, and other computer programs utilized by the company
  • Strong organizational skills are a must
  • Ability to perform site analysis, create base drawings, understand grading, create conceptual drawings, and construction documents for various types of residential landscapes and outdoor living projects
  • Develop estimating skills utilizing the company's estimating software
  • Presentation and sales skills are inherent in this position. Therefore, excellent communication and rapport-building skills are needed
  • Communicate with clients, builders, vendors, subcontractors, and team members in a courteous and prompt manner.
  • Ability to solve problems on-site, assist with layout in the field when needed, or answer questions from production staff when required
  • Support and participate in the development, implementation, and refinement of processes.

Specific Skills and Knowledge
  • A working knowledge of landscape horticulture and materials for the Rocky Mountain region
  • The ability to arrange landscapes and landforms in an aesthetically pleasing design
  • Understanding of landscape irrigation, including equipment and methods used regionally. Accomplish proper head layout, pipe sizing, and basic hydraulic calculations
  • Understanding of hardscape material and methods.

Compensation
  • Compensation: Negotiable and dependent on experience and sales ability
  • Paid Vacation: 10+Days (prorated) per calendar year with an annual accrual to 3 weeks of PTO
  • 48 Hours of paid sick time
  • Benefits: 50% company-funded health insurance
