About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager (Enhancements Foreman) to support our Washington North Commercial Landscape Division. This is a hands-on, field-focused leadership role responsible for overseeing enhancement and landscape improvement projects across multiple properties. Projects may include landscape renovations, irrigation upgrades, seasonal color installations, hardscape repairs, drainage improvements, plant installations, and other enhancement services.

The Production Manager is responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on budget, and to company quality standards. This role spends the majority of time in the field leading crews, coordinating resources, performing quality inspections, troubleshooting jobsite issues, and ensuring successful project execution while also handling essential administrative and coordination responsibilities. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong field leader who is ready to take the next step in their career and grow into higher-level operational leadership.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and support multiple landscape enhancement crews in the field
  • Oversee landscape renovation, irrigation, drainage, planting, seasonal color, and other enhancement projects
  • Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards
  • Perform daily quality inspections and coach crews on best practices and installation techniques
  • Plan and coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors as needed
  • Train and mentor Crew Leads and team members on productivity, quality, safety, and workmanship
  • Troubleshoot project challenges and resolve issues in the field
  • Communicate project progress, site conditions, change orders, and client needs to Account Managers and Operations leadership
  • Approve crew time, complete field reports, and maintain accurate project documentation
  • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure PPE and safe work practices are followed

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in commercial landscape enhancements, landscape construction, landscape installation, or related field operations
  • Knowledge of landscape renovations, plant installation, irrigation systems, drainage solutions, and enhancement project execution
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and coach field crews
  • Strong understanding of job costing, productivity, and efficient resource management
  • Strong eye for work quality, project details, and customer satisfaction
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Clear communicator who works well with both crews and office staff
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical job requirements
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen
