The firm specializes in waterfront estates, rooftop pools, luxury residential towers, and destination hospitality spaces that integrate architecture, landscape, water, fire, wellness, and lifestyle. CPS Outdoors serves homeowners, architects, landscape architects, developers, hospitality groups, and estate managers as a single partner from concept through completion. Team members collaborate on premium, design-focused projects that emphasize quality, innovation, and seamless execution of outdoor spaces.

Role Description The Safety Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, FL, responsible for overseeing and promoting health and safety standards across project sites and operations. This role includes conducting regular safety inspections, identifying hazards, and implementing corrective actions to maintain a safe work environment. The Safety Coordinator will develop and deliver safety training, maintain safety documentation and incident reports, and support compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. Daily responsibilities also include coordinating accident investigations, tracking safety performance metrics, and partnering with project managers and field teams to embed safety practices into planning and execution.

Qualifications
