Job description

WHO WE ARE
We are a full‑service, custom design‑build company based in South Tampa. We create, manage, and maintain high‑end outdoor living spaces for our clients from concept through completion.
Our projects typically include custom pools, hardscapes, outdoor structures, and landscapes. Team members must be comfortable working in an innovative, problem‑solving environment and be able to design, price, and sell projects with unique requirements and site constraints.

POSITION: Landscape Architect
We are seeking a Landscape Architect to join our design team. The right candidate will be able to work independently, manage their time effectively, and also take direction and collaborate well within a team.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design of pools, cabanas, hardscape and carpentry structures, drainage plans, landscape and irrigation layouts
  • Meet with clients, present designs, and close contracts
  • Prepare accurate plans and documents using CAD and Pool Studios software
  • Interpret and apply jurisdictional codes and property design restrictions into designs
  • Coordinate with and manage internal teams (estimating, field, etc.) to ensure buildable, code‑compliant designs
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • 3–5 years’ experience designing Residential pools and outdoor living spaces
  • Working knowledge of CAD and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Pool Studio (preferred) or equivalent 3‑D rendering software 
  • Organized, detail‑oriented personality with ability to manage your time and workload independently as well as that of Juniors
  • Ability to work an average of 40–50 hours per week, with reliability and consistent attendance
  • Knowledge of Florida building practices and City of Tampa codes (preferred)
  • Strong communication and client‑facing skills; comfortable leading client meetings and presentations
