Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Landscape Account Manager to join our team at EarthScapes Lawn and Land Service. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your contributions will directly impact our mission to provide top-quality landscaping services.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities for business development within your assigned accounts.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while maintaining profitability.
  • Develop strategic plans to expand market presence and increase sales volume.
  • Utilize warm calling techniques to reach potential clients and generate leads.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of account or operations management in landscaping.
  • Strong client relationship skills and proactive communication ability.
  • Understanding of maintenance practices, contracts, and scheduling.
  • Ability to oversee managers while remaining customer-centric.
  • Landscape Industry Certified – Lawn Care Manager (LIC-LCM)
  • Valid Virginia Pesticide Applicator’s License (required).
