Residential Landscape Account Manager

Join a trusted, well-established company where quality and employee longevity set us apart. J&J Landscape Management has been serving Northern Virginia homeowners for decades, and we’re looking for a motivated Account Manager to help grow our services and build lasting client relationships.

In this role, you’ll connect with homeowners, recommend tailored landscape solutions, and manage accounts from first meeting to project completion. You’ll sell a variety of services—including annual maintenance plans, seasonal cleanups, enhancements, and drainage solutions—while working with a supportive team that values collaboration and professional growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Meet with prospective and existing residential clients to evaluate landscape needs

  • Sell recurring maintenance contracts and seasonal cleanups

  • Propose and upsell enhancement projects, including plantings, cleanups, and drainage solutions

  • Prepare and present quotes, manage client relationships, and close sales

  • Partner with operations and field crews to ensure seamless project delivery

  • Use CRM software to track leads, manage your pipeline, and follow up consistently

What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years in landscape sales, account management, or customer-facing landscape roles

  • Working knowledge of landscape maintenance and common Northern Virginia plant material

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities

  • Valid driver’s license
