Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Saint Francis Adult Day Health Center is looking for Certified Nursing Assistants (C.N.A.) to join our team! This is a great opportunity to work with our participants in our adult day health. The schedule is flexible, but does include every other Saturday. We are closed on Sunday.

Saint Francis Adult Day Health Center is located on the same campus as Saint Francis Rehabilitation and Nursing Facility in the heart of Worcester, MA.

As the Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) some of your essential job responsibilities include:

  • Provides care to participants as directed and as outlined in the plan of care.
  • Assists participants with activities oisf daily living and/or provide all necessary care for participants who are dependent.
  • Utilizes restorative nursing techniques to provide care to participants in a manner that promotes as much individual independence as possible.
  • Participates in continuing education and meets the requirements for annual in-service participation.

Qualifications of the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

  • A current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the state where the center is located.
  • Must be able to communicate both orally and in writing in the English Language
  • Has basic math skills including the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
