We are seeking highly motivated and qualified Registered Nurses/Licensed Practical Nurses, LPNto join our nursing department.
New Wage Grid - Includes generous Shift Differentials $5.00 weekday evenings & Nights
As a Nurse with Neville, some of your essential job responsibilities include:
  • Assessing the health care needs of the resident, make a nursing diagnosis, transition this, through collaboration with the nursing team, into an interdisciplinary plan of care utilizing all resources available. Is able to communicate this plan to all care providers in a way that ensures continuity of care for residents.
  • The ability to establish and maintain functional communications with staff, other disciplines, residents, families, medical staff and community.
  • The knowledge to assess the effect of medications and treatments and monitor these effects to provide appropriate feedback to interdisciplinary team and medical managers to continuously provide the resident with the treatment appropriate to their individual needs.
  • Use of the Electronic Health Record- PCC preferred.
  • Lead and direct the nursing staff in the safe, effective delivery of care by providing a structure. Provide education to residents regarding their healthcare issues and care plan strategies.
  • Knowledge and ability regarding Infection control, fire and disaster policies as well as other facility and/or state and federal policies and practices that provides a safe environment for residents, community and staff.
  • Knowledge of and ability regarding the protection of resident rights, and the treatment of residents, staff and community with respect and dignity. Treating resident and facility property and information with honesty, confidentiality and respect.
