Company Description
At Outerbridge Law P.C., in New York City, we represent local clients in multiple areas of law affecting their personal and business concerns, tenants and landlords with their legal needs in such matters as eviction and eviction defense and tenants’ rights. With nearly 2 decades of experience handling real estate transactions and litigating disputes, we have the knowledge and background needed to assist buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords with their legal needs. Our focus is helping NYC tenants.

Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Landlord Tenant Associate Attorney at Outerbridge Law P.C. The position is located in New York, NY. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients, conducting legal research, preparing and reviewing legal documents, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court. The Associate Attorney will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Landlord and Tenant Law
  • Ability to provide Legal Advice and conduct thorough Legal Research
  • Strong Negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
  • MUST have 3-5 years of landlord tenant litigation experience.
  • Admitted to practice law in New York State

Salary and benefits commensurate with experience. $100k-$200k annually.
