Land Entitlement Managers are professionals who oversee the process of obtaining necessary approvals, permits, and zoning changes required to develop land for residential, commercial, or industrial use. They coordinate with government agencies, architects, engineers, and community stakeholders to ensure projects comply with all regulations and requirements.
