About the Company
The company is a privately held heavy civil contractor with more than three decades of success across the Mountain West. The company has earned a strong reputation for delivering complex infrastructure projects with precision, operational discipline, and significant self-perform capability.
Specializing in large-scale earthwork, aggregates production, asphalt paving, and transportation infrastructure, the organization serves public agencies and private clients on highways, roadways, bridges, and site development projects. Its vertically integrated model—including in-house materials production and a substantial equipment fleet—ensures control over quality, cost, and schedule.
With long-term leadership stability, a strong safety culture, and steady regional growth, this is an opportunity to join a financially stable contractor where professionals build meaningful, long-term careers on high-impact infrastructure projects.

- Verify grades, elevations, alignments, and slopes to ensure work is built within design tolerances
- Conduct topographic surveys, boundary verification (as needed), and existing condition documentation
- Provide quantity tracking support and assist with progress measurements
- Prepare and maintain as-built drawings and survey documentation
- Coordinate daily with project managers, superintendents, and field crews to support production and schedule
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company quality control procedures
This role is ideal for a licensed professional who enjoys working in the field, supporting operations, and directly contributing to successful project execution.
