JCG Land Services is hiring a full-time Acquisition Specialist to help secure property rights and leases for power development and infrastructure projects.


This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys relationship-building, problem-solving, travel, and meaningful work that directly supports critical infrastructure projects.


What You'll Do

As an Acquisition Specialist, you'll work directly with landowners, clients, and project teams to support infrastructure development projects across the midwest.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Building strong relationships with landowners and industry partners
  • Negotiating easements, property acquisitions, and access rights
  • Coordinating between clients and property owners throughout projects
  • Evaluating and negotiating crop and property damages
  • Helping coordinate property access for construction and maintenance
  • Maintaining accurate parcel and landowner records
  • Reading and explaining project plans to landowners
  • Tracking project progress and task completion


What We're Looking For

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance
  • Willingness to travel overnight 2-3 days per week
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and professionalism
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to obtain Notary Public designation

Compensation & Benefits
