Job description

Salary: $35-$50/hr

GREAT OPPORTUNITY:

FamilyMenders, a DBHDD contracted provider, has been providing services in the Northwest GA region for over 22 years. We have also been nationally accredited by the Council on Accreditation since 2012. We are looking for a Care Manager to join the FamilyMenders Team to provide in-home counseling services for children and adolescents with state insurance.

Counseling services are provided in the home, community or telehealth with a counselor trained in working with children and adolescents. FamilyMenders will provide a behavioral health assessment and can also offer a diagnostic assessment for diagnostic purposes for insurance billing. Once enrolled in services, the counselor will be available for crisis response as well as weekly individual counseling with the child or adolescent.

*Bilingual (Spanish/English) service providers needed

Job Type:Contract

Location: Northwest GA Counties (Fannin and surrounding)

Education & Compensation:

Master's degree: in either counseling, psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, (or related field) and eligible for provisional/clinical licensure. (LAPC, LMSW, LAMFT)

Clinical Licensure: In possession of a provisional or clinical license. (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)

GEORGIA CLINICAL LICENSE (LPC, LMFT, LCSW)

Counseling: $50/ hr in person, $40/ hr for telehealth

GEORGIA PROVISIONAL LICENSE (LAPC, LAMFT, LMSW)

Counseling: $40/hr in person $30/hr telehealth

MASTERS DEGREE (license eligible):

Counseling: $35/hr in person, $25/hr telehealth

** Clinical supervision and assistance with seeking Georgia State licensure are offered through FamilyMenders **

Case Load Opportunity:Partial Case Load or Full Case Load

Requirements:Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen

Schedule:Scheduling is flexible and based on your availability and the client's availability
