• Conduct thorough assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical sessions and treatment progress within the designated electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Participate in regular supervision and professional development meetings to enhance your clinical skills and stay updated on industry standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and advocate for clients’ needs.
• Engage in community outreach and education to promote mental health awareness and accessibility.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at LifeStance Health, you will work with a diverse client base, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will address a broad spectrum of issues such as relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your role will involve creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel empowered to express themselves and work through their difficulties, ultimately fostering healthier relationships and a more fulfilling life.

• Must hold an active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential in the state of Washington.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field. A master's degree in marriage and family therapy, social work, or a related discipline is preferred.
• A minimum of three years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of therapeutic methodologies and techniques applicable to diverse populations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.

• Experience working with both adult and child/adolescent populations.
• Proficiency in delivering telehealth services, adapting therapeutic strategies for virtual environments.
• Knowledge of electronic health record systems and familiarity with documentation standards and compliance.
• Experience in community outreach or mental health advocacy.

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between $100,000 and $105,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. As a W2 employee, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
