Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical sessions and treatment progress within the designated electronic health record (EHR) system.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at LifeStance Health, you will work with a diverse client base, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will address a broad spectrum of issues such as relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your role will involve creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel empowered to express themselves and work through their difficulties, ultimately fostering healthier relationships and a more fulfilling life.

Qualifications
  • Must hold an active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential in the state of Washington.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field. A master's degree in marriage and family therapy, social work, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • A minimum of three years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting.
  • Strong understanding of therapeutic methodologies and techniques applicable to diverse populations.
