Valet DriversLakeland Automall is currently seeking an individual that enjoys interacting with others to become a Greeter for our Service Department. As a Service Greeter, you will be responsible for welcoming customers to the Dealership, checking vehicles in, referring customer to an Advisor, and parking vehicle to await repairs. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers when they arrive in Service Department
- Check in vehicle and put covers on seats and steering wheel and place mats on floor
- Drive and park vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
- Retrieve vehicles for guests in a timely and courteous manner
- Assist guests with loading and unloading their belongings
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Follow all safety procedures and traffic laws
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in inclement weather
