Position Summary
CMI-HR Facility Solutions is currently hiring a General Warehouse Associate for a warehouse position in Hilliard, OH.
The selected candidate will support daily warehouse operations by picking orders, using a scanner, assisting other departments as needed, and helping maintain a clean and organized work environment.
This position requires someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and flexible with scheduling based on the client's operational needs.
Job Responsibilities
  • Pick orders accurately while standing and walking throughout the shift
  • Use a scanner to pick and process orders.
  • Follow warehouse procedures and inventory instructions.
  • Read small numbers, labels, barcodes, and expiration dates accurately.
  • Assist with picking, packing, scanning, and general warehouse duties.
  • Use ladders when needed to reach items during picking and packing tasks.
  • Assist other departments as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the warehouse.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Follow supervisor instructions and company safety procedures.
Requirements
  • Must be bilingual (English and Spanish preferred)
  • Experience using RF scanners required
  • Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs as needed
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily goals
Responsibilities
  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately using an RF scanner
  • Verify item quantities, serial numbers, and product conditions
  • Prepare shipments for carrier pickup
  • Maintain productivity and accuracy standards
  • Assist with inventory organization and general warehouse tasks
  • Keep workstations and warehouse areas clean and organized
  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
