Job description

We are urgently seeking a reliable and motivated Production Associates to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with manufacturing and production processes, machine operation, maintain quality standards, and ensure products are completed safely and efficiently.

Hiring for all 3 shifts:

  • 1st shift - 7am - 3:15pm, Monday - Friday $17.00/hr.
  • 2nd shift - 3pm - 11:15pm, Monday - Friday $18.00/hr. (shift diff. included)
  • 3rd shift - 11pm - 7:15am Monday - Friday $19.00/hr. (shift diff. included)
  • Overtime available
  • Part-time positions available as well!

Responsibilities

  • Operate production equipment and machinery safely.
  • Assemble, package, or inspect products according to company standards.
  • Perform quality checks throughout the production process.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
  • Meet daily production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to lift up to [50] pounds.
  • Climb ladders
  • Standing for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
  • Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
