This position requires membership in the St. Louis Laborers Union (McGrath will assist with sponsorship if needed).


What you'll actually be doing:

  • Performing general labor tasks on active construction jobsites
  • Jobsite cleanup, organization, and material handling
  • Assisting with demolition and site prep
  • Supporting carpenters and other trades as needed
  • Following all safety procedures and identifying hazards
  • Taking direction from Superintendents and field leadership


What we're looking for:

  • Laborer experience (journeyman level preferred)
  • 3+ years of construction experience
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all conditions
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred
