Job Title: Skilled Laborer

Skillforce is currently hiring dependable and hardworking Skilled Laborers for a physically demanding outdoor position. This role involves heavy manual labor in a yard environment for the full duration of each shift. Candidates must be comfortable performing labor-intensive tasks, lifting heavy materials, and remaining on their feet throughout the workday. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, strong attendance, and a willingness to learn will have the opportunity to be trained on equipment and machinery over time.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform general labor duties in an outdoor yard environment
  • Lift, move, and handle materials weighing 50+ pounds consistently
  • Maintain productivity while standing and working on your feet for extended periods
  • Assist with loading, unloading, sorting, and organizing materials
  • Perform physically demanding tasks safely and efficiently
  • Follow all company safety procedures and jobsite guidelines
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Work in varying weather conditions throughout the shift
  • Demonstrate dependable attendance and punctuality daily
  • Learn and assist with machine operations as training opportunities become available
