Position Overview

Athena Medtech is seeking an experienced Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to join our maternal care team. This role is ideal for a confident, compassionate professional with a strong background in obstetric nursing and a commitment to supporting patients through one of the most critical and meaningful experiences of their lives.

Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Labor & Delivery or Women's Health

  • Licensure: Active RN license (State-specific or compact, as applicable)

  • Certifications:

    • BLS/CPR (required)

    • Advanced certifications such as NRP, ACLS, or EFM preferred

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans during labor, delivery, and postpartum phases

  • Continuously monitor maternal and fetal health, and document conditions appropriately

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide seamless, high-quality care

  • Execute physician orders and follow established protocols with precision and professionalism
