Job description

We are looking for a hands-on, dedicated, and passionate construction foreman to join our team as a key contributor.

Position Summary:

The construction foreman will oversee daily job site operations while actively performing skilled labor alongside the crew and ensure projects are completed according to specifications, on schedule, and with the highest standards of safety and quality. This role is essential to maintaining our reputation for excellence and efficiency in the field.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform hands-on construction work including, but not limited to, painting, fence repair and installation, minor carpentry, and general maintenance tasks.
  • Supervise and lead construction crews on site.
  • Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Coordinate tasks according to project plans and schedules.
  • Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Assist with site preparation, material handling, and clean-up.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Lead and supervise field crew members, providing direction and support throughout the workday.
  • Train and mentor crew members as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of labor, equipment, and materials.
  • Identify and resolve issues that may cause delays or safety concerns.
  • Enforce company policies and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a construction foreman or similar supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Ability to read blueprints and project specifications.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • OSHA certification or other relevant safety training (preferred).
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Additional Duties

  • Perform other assigned responsibilities as needed to support project success.

Experience & Knowledge
