We are seeking an Construction Manager to support our team at Beynon Sports, an industry leader in the design, manufacture, and construction of world-class running tracks. The Construction Manager will be working closely with project teams and under the direction of the Construction Manger to support the on-time, on-budget, and high-quality execution of track and sports surfacing projects. What you'll do:
  • Support the Construction Manager in daily oversight of site operations for running track and athletic surface installations
  • Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, and site logistics to maintain project schedules
  • Monitor construction progress and assist in resolving on-site challenges proactively
  • Ensure job site safety protocols are followed at all times
  • Assist with documentation, including daily reports, material tracking, RFIs, and quality checks
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams
  • Travel to various job sites across the region or country as needed up to 50%

What you need for success:
  • 2+ years of experience in construction or site supervision (experience with sports surfacing preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field, OR equivalent experience
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management tools a plus
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
  • Experience with synthetic or polyurethane running track systems (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Beynon products or similar sports surfacing systems
  • OSHA 10 or 30 certification (preferred)
