About the Role:
Griffin Brothers Excavation LLC is seeking a dedicated Skilled Construction Laborer to join our dynamic team in Seymour, CT. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of excavation & underground utility projects while contributing to a company known for its commitment to quality and safety. We are presently looking to expand our team and hire additional skilled laborers that are hard working, willing to learn, able to communicate with co-workers and be an asset to our growing business.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in site preparation and excavation activities.
  • Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
  • Load and unload materials and equipment as needed.
